Stayed for 2 nights. Able to check in slightly earlier which made life easier for us after a very early flight from the UK. Very comfortable double room, just a shame that it was 2 single beds pushed together and not a king size bed. Roof terrace was quite messy when we went up there around 2pm and the rooftop bar was closed so no one to ask for towels etc. Well located for metro, Westfield and local coffee shops.

Have stayed at ZT 4 times now Will keep returning in future. Modern rooms, great amenities such as rooftop pool / bar...and friendly welcoming service by hotel staff...Siri up at the rooftop bar, front desk staff including Franco, Emmanuela, Mina. Hotel is a little off the beaten path from touristy Barcelona, however only a 20 minute walking away, and also near beaches and shopping centre.

I liked the hotel and the facilities it had and I would probably stay here again but it was quite far away from the beach. There was no direct transport to the beach from the hotel and on a couple of occasions I didn’t want my room cleaned or to be disturbed, but they still came in. Without my permission.

The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were friendly. However, the cleaning staff did not respect the "do not disturb" sign and entered the room multiple times while I was away. The restaurant offers some vegan-friendly options, but I’d love to see a greater variety available.

Updated to better room included the spa package which was at the other ZT hotel four blocks away. Nice experience but hot tub was cold and massage was not explained that it was at an extra cost. Lady at reception though was excellent.

Horrible cleanness service in the room.

Horrible cleanness services room. Just Emmanuella gave us good service at reception. They don’t change towels and when we arrive, many haïr have been on the towels. No add Small soap when it finish. We need to go ask it at the reception anitymes. You need to pay 2€ per towel for the pool.
