“My room was not serviced for a two night stay I asked for it to be serviced twice also for my safe to be looked at as it was broken I was told both would be taken care of and they were not I requested towels twice as clearly my room was not being cleaned The towels were never received I had to go down to the Front desk at 7:00am to get towels We booked having no idea about the construction right next to the pool It made having a pool day very not very relaxing Overall a big dissappoinmemt”

“Gifts for my kids were thrown away by housekeeping. ​My kids love cookies and pretzels from Trader Joe's, so I drove 40 minutes round-trip to buy about $60 worth of snacks. “Clean well organic ”

“Really lovely architecture and modern, spacious rooms - great shower - staff was friendly - one server (Rebekah?) even got my 84 year old mom slippers when she joked her feet were cold, and gave me hot tea to go when I said I liked it. Main downside was breakfast ($22 for powdered eggs and pre-packaged danishes and the same kinda stuff you get other places for free), and little things like $5 water (even in the "executive suite") - seemed "nickel and dimey" to me. Enjoyable stay overall.”

“Staff was super friendly. Inside is a little dated but had an overall good experience. Breakfast was a little anemic but I had a solid price on stay so overall, i would stay there again. Another big benefit was, less than 2 miles from long term parking.”
