โThey told me I didn't have a room and told me to go out.They couldn't even find my reservation. The 'hotels.com' said I had no problem at all. It's only a matter of hotel. This hotel doesn't have a conversation. They just told me to leave without any intention of solving my problem. You can be nervous ahead of your trip. Are you sure you should stay here?โ
โWe had a wonderful visit only marred by problems of cleanliness in our room.
The reception staff were brilliant and couldnโt do enough for us. They were friendly, helpful and when they said something would be done, it was.
The food was excellent and service prompt but unobtrusive. Will definitely return.

โA friend and I visited the Railway Inn for a nights stay recently. The rooms are in an adjacent building from the Inn, so are completely seperate. The twin room we had was a very generous size, we even a sitting area and an ouside area. The staff at the Inn we really nice to deal with and very helpful. We arrived in time to have food at the Inn, which was really nice. We'd definitely stay there again.โ
โEnjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Bell and can't fault anything. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and the menu in the bar was extensive and very reasonably priced. The food was delicious and we ate there all 4 nights of our stay.โ
โA wonderful woodland stay in a character filled hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Malverns. Did not have dinner here, but the cooked breakfast was spot on. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.โ
โHad a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily.
Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us.
Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead.
Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended.
