โGreat location and place. There is one washer and dryer on the top floor and takes coins but no where to get coins and no signage indicating how many coins so we ended up spending $25 USD to do laundry a block away. โ
โVery good place to be, good price/benefit, staff very friendly, the issue is the communication that they send too much messages, and it is hard to read, you want to get in and go insight, but, in the end the make the best effort to accommodate and they really are friendly. โ
โSmall studio but all things that you need! I highly recommend unit 8C because it includes a dining table with 4 chairs and even a washing machine. Bathroom and bed were super clean so that makes me very happy.โ

La ubicaciรณn es ideal como punto de partida para recorrer la ciudad. Hay numerosos restaurantes cercanos y la zona es generalmente tranquila. El barrio es muy agradable y seguro.

โStaff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size but perhaps a little stark and not cosy. I was in BA for business and there was not a good working space in the room. Area is good with lots of restaurants nearby. โ

O cafรฉ da manhรฃ foi excelente, o quarto รฉ grande, tudo limpo, chuveiro com box, sem banheira, o que eu gosto muito, porque nรฃo gosto de tomar banho em banheiras. รtima localizaรงรฃo, os pontos turรญsticos da รกrea central como Obelisco, Teatro Colon, Casa Rosada... podem ser feitos a pรฉ. O custo benefรญcio รฉ perfeito, pois ofereceu muito mais que esperรกvamos. โ
