“Excellent”

“Nice clean rooms & good location. However, the buffet restaurant was terrible served raw chicken on the Saturday night. The staff said the hotel manager was unavailable until Monday, dreadful experience & very disappointed with the buffet restaurant, service & staff reaction. No manager contacted us during our remaining stay, despite us requesting a meeting, We were at the hotel a further 2 nights.”

“Small amount of food options during the day. But apart from food options all very good”

“Hotel is gorgeous, love the decor and trendy 70s inspired design. Room was enormous and very well decorated, though lack of drawers meant difficult to fully unpack with only hanging space. Giant balcony which was in the sun all day and overlooked the pool. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. I felt the service let the stay down overall. Whilst housekeeping were excellent, front desk/lobby staff were not forthcoming with checking in on our stay, helping with taxis etc. Bar service around the pool...

“Another consistently excellent stay at The Residence. Super attention to detail. Rooms are excellent, the private pool is lovely, staff are attentive and the breakfast is amazing. Wonderful housekeeping lady and we feel safe and well looked after. Only request would be to have beach beds included or at a reduced rate for residents! ”

“Fantastic little site. Lovely for families. Lots of activities, great pool and even a water slide. Food and drink on site was good with a few choices. We stayed in a bungalow and it was compact but had everything we needed.”

“Everything is amazing!! And the cats that they have are soo cute!”

“Super lækker morgenmad meget autentisk og meget familie præget”

“Good quality for the price. Really clean. Room has everything one needs. Location not the best but for the price it makes sense.”

“Staff excellent. Accommodation very clean. Room a bit small. Cost a little expensive.”
