“3 times I told the hotel via Expedia that my husband would check into the hotel before me because I was arriving very late (after midnight). The hotel did not welcome or acknowledge my request, nor did it respond. I have the feeling that the messages to / from me and the hotel via Expedia are not actually helpful. We have been going to the same hotel for probably 10 years when in Salvador, but they always act like we are strangers.”

“해변까지 조금 걸어가야하지만 깨끗한 시설. 과일과 빵으로 맛있는 조식. 친절한 할아버지 주인은 마치 친척집에 놀러온 기분이들게한다. 4일 밤을 매우 편안하게 보냈어요. 투숙객은 대부분 어린아이를 동반한 가족. 식당을 자유롭게 사용할수 있어 좋았다.”

“The same issues… the apartments are in very bad shape. The AC sometimes just stop working and leaks water all over. The water from the bathroom floods the floor. The towels and sheets are outdated and the place has mold all over. It is a shame! The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff is amazing and the breakfast delicious! Management, please, get it together and take better place of the hotel.”

“It was a beautiful property but the breakfast was very expensive compared to other properties in the area that provided the same type of breakfast but it was included in the rate. But other than that the staff were great, the location fantastic and the food and wine were very good. Would recommend it.”

“Foi ótima a minha estadia, os funcionários sempre muito prestativos e atenciosos. O café da manhã gostoso e fresquinho com boas opções (recomendo pedir o queijo coalho para comer com cuscuz e também o waffle de frutas vermelhas). Ganhei um bolinho surpresa no dia do meu aniversário (mesmo sem falar nada) e no dia todos os atendentes me pararam para me parabenizar, algo simples, mas que achei fofo. Recomendo também para mulheres que estejam sozinhas, que foi o meu caso, o pessoal da portaria...

“Great hotel in a lively neighborhood with a lot of things to do. Only con (if you can call it that) is that the hotel only has 1 iron and ironing board in a room on the main floor for EVERYONE in the hotel to come down and share. Not a big issue, just something to keep in mind when booking with this hotel. I’ll be staying here again in the future…. But I’ll be bring my a mini travel sized iron/steamer with me next time 😂😂😂”
