“3 times I told the hotel via Expedia that my husband would check into the hotel before me because I was arriving very late (after midnight). The hotel did not welcome or acknowledge my request, nor did it respond. I have the feeling that the messages to / from me and the hotel via Expedia are not actually helpful. We have been going to the same hotel for probably 10 years when in Salvador, but they always act like we are strangers.”
