"The staff was rude and we were given an interior room that you could barely move around in. Our small window only opened to the reception area below us where the attendant was yelling at another customer at 10 pm. Would not recommend or stay again. "

"Chegamos e a recepcionista estava fazendo as unhas, não pediu documento no check-in. O hotel tem duas entradas com nomes diferentes e dentro parecia uma vila. No quarto havia filhote de barata, a coberta estava furada e as fotos não correspondiam. onde mostrava ar-condicionado havia apenas uma TV pequena. O estacionamento estava em reforma e nos direcionaram a outro local, mas ao chegar já estava ocupado, depois providenciaram outro para estacionar. No check-out nem houve atendimento, o porteiro...

Hotel impecável, tudo muito limpo, funcionários receptivos, educados e prestativos, restaurante muito bom e café da manhã..
Apesar de não ter elevador o funcionário já se prontificou em subir com as malas.
