Close to train station and bus to airport. Room was very nice - large enough for 2 with medium size suitcases. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would have been nice if ramp or lift available from outside to the front desk.

Couldn’t do the online check in. So had to go to the main hotel desk. 3 hotels all linked. The room near the stairwell is noisy in the evening. The location is great for transport . Easy walk to airport bus, trams and main train station Nice breakfast with a view. Easy walk to old town and river. Staff are lovely

Lovely hotel In a wonderful location

A really good stay. The station is in a really good location near the station and a minute walk from the tram. Staff were really friendly and everything was neat and comfortable.

Really friendly reception staff! So helpful in telling us how to navigate the city. Anja and Palmeria (I think. Sorry for misspelling). Lovely people. The hotel pillows are bad though! Very flat.

A very pleasant stay

A lovely hotel - we made several minor requests of reception staff and they were fulfilled cheerfully and promptly. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is very near the railway station and other transport links.

The continental breakfast buffet was excellent! Unlimited cappuccinos (or any other coffee you would like), meuselli with fresh berries, lovely fresh bread, eggs, bacon, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit - everything you could desire.

Ideal place for proximity to the train station and the room is very comfortable. No staff at reception which makes it feel less secure. Check in is self service but easy. No Wi-Fi in rooms, only in lobby.

Self check-in can be a bit fiddly but everything else is very decent and close to Basel SBB station (where a basement level supermarket is). Staff from adjacent (associated) hotels would help you if needed. Comfortable bed, big screen & complementary espresso machine. Happy to stay again.

Good location

Automated check-in works, but there are also friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable, and the price/quality ratio is good. Breakfast is pretty basic and pre-cutting the loaves means they can be a little stale
