바젤역에서 가깝고 트램 정거장이 바로앞이라 편하다 체크인할때 바젤 교통권을 주기때문에 트램정거장이 바로 앞이라는 것은 큰 장점인듯 숙소자체가 습한건지 시트가 약간 축축한 편이었다 냉장고는 없고 방 사이즈는 작지만 캐리어 하나 펼쳐둘 공간은 있음 트램타고 2정거장이었나? 쿱 마트 큰매장으로 있음 아침 조식은 종류는 별로없지만 맛은있음

바젤 역에서 캐리어 끌고 가게 가까운 편이지만(400미터) 객실과 복도가 카펫이라 먼지와 묶은 때가 엉켜 있어 더러워보였고 화장실도 냄새가 남. 방은 더블룸이었지만 한 명 자기 알맞고 수건도 냄새가 살짝 났음. 어메니티는 샴푸 페이스폼 바디워시 올인원 제품 있고 드라이기는 잘 안말려지는 거 붙어 있음 조식은 안 먹었음. 싼 맛에 이용해서ㅠ

깨끗하고 친절한 곳
정말로 굉장히 만족해요 솔직히 기대 안했는데 요번 여행하면서 다녔던 호텔중에 제일 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋고 정말 만족이에요 다음에 또 바젤을 간가면 이용할거에요~~!!

위치도 역에서 굉장히 가깝고 큰 문제가 없었어요. 치안도 좋았구요 굉장히 친절한 느낌 받았습니다. 가격 대비 만족했어요!! 신혼 부부가 여행하기에는 다소 시설이 좋은 것은 아니었는데 가격을 생각하신다면 최고가 아닐까합니다!!

편리한 위치와 친절한 직원들
프론트에 이야기하면 전자레인지 이용이 가능함. 기차역과 가깝고 역에 있는 편의점(자정까지 영업)을 사용 할 수 있음. 체크인 시 주는 모빌리티 카드를 이용할 경우 숙박기간동안 시내 교통수단을 무료로 이용할 수 있음. 처음 만난 직원이 동양인을 무시한다는 느낌을 받긴 했으나 이후에 만난 직원들은 모두가 친절하였으므로 개인적인 성향이었다고 생각함.

중앙역에서 도보로 5분정도로 가까움. 객실에서 기차역이 보일정도. 그래도 기차소리는 크게 들리지 않은. 객실이 크진 않지만 깔끔하고 쾌적했음, 추가적으로 트램티켓을 무료로 제공해줌.

위치는 바젤역 근처라 좋은데 직원들이 불친절하네요~ 2인이 묵는 방에 배게가 하나라 하나 더 달라고 하니 첨엔 잘 찾아보라고 하더라구요~ 찾아도 없다고 하니 직원이 와보더니만 항상2개인데 왜 그렇냐고 도리어 우리에게 묻더군요? 훔쳐가기라도 했을까봐~ 그러더니만 하나 던져주고 가데요~ 그때부터 기분 완전 꽝돼서 바젤여행에도 영향을 미치더라구요

다리를 건너야 하지만 기차역에서 가까워서 좋고, 트램역 두군데가 바로 앞이라 시내 구경하기도 좋습니다.

The staff was eager to help with directions to things we wanted to get to. Location was very close to trams to get to anywhere. The train station and bus station were very close. Don't plan on doing your laundry in this city. There is only one laundromat and we couldn't get it to work, nor was there anyone to ask. This is a great city to visit. The river and the things around it were amazing. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A Few Days Away
This hotel is really convenient for the main railway station (SBB and SNCF). After a day exploring the city and surrounding area the bar offers a selection of drinks and snacks before ascending to your room. This was most welcome during this particular stay as there was an unexpected mini heatwave!

The property is at a walkable distance from Basel Bahnhof. The staff was very helpful. The property was very clean. They provided local transportation tickets, which was a surprise for us. Overall we loved the stay.

Good location within walking distance of the riverside area. Hotel does have parking but there are two issues to beware of. Firstly there are no directions to the entrance or instructions about how to enter. Also the entrance is very very steep and cars with limited ground clearance will not safely exit without grounding !!!
