Amazing hotel. Location within central but away from the noise which is perfect. Transport lines not too far away just as well as restaurants and shopping places. Hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast not too bad. Bed comfortable.

The best staff! The staff here was truly exceptional. Their friendliness, helpfulness and attentive service is beyond compare. Every single person made us feel like we were someone important. The hotel was very nice too - comfortable and quiet. The Basel Card they gave us was a nice perk too, giving us free access to public transit and discounts at attractions. I would consider returning to Basel even more, just to stay here again.

Location is nice as tram station is close. Room is very clean with bath. There is no kettle, but after asking staff bring one immediately.

Wonderful staff

The only few items that this hotel needs to improve on is the pillows, the sink needs a stop for hand washing small items which is needed when travelling, and at least 10 hangers for two people.

Good sized room, breakfast was good, except the bacon and saudages which as with most hotels were bordering on being raw. Shower was huge. Receptoon staff great and very helpful

Got bus into town and short 10-15 walk to hotel (Free bus from airport if you staying in Basel) room was comfy, clean, excellent powerful hot shower. Very comfy bed, liked how curtains totally blocked out light so get a great nights sleep. Sauna in hotel was very good, needed after a long day in the cold outside. Nice little touches like tea, mulled wine and cookes in reception, again very wlecome after coming in from the cold. Location was great, short walk into town and christmas markets, or to station to get train to Luzern or Zurich or wherever, perfect location in that respect. Staff were beyond excellent, gave us so much advise and just so friendly. Didnt eat at hotel as we were out most the time and so many options around town, but it looked good. Loved our stay

A bit anonymous hotel. Not worth the cost you can find more cozy, personal hotels with a better atmosphere to a cheaper price in Basel. No free water in the room. A nespresso machine was available, though.
