The hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. Marina and Helena were especially helpful and kind. The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of choices. We stayed in 3 different room types at the property due to our changing plans and each room met our expectations. Excellent location close to restaurants and parking garages. Can’t wait to visit again.

The staff was amazing! Very accommodating! The room was small, but with a big view. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Very safe for solo woman traveler. Ample hot breakfast. Would stay there again and I would recommend.

We had the absolute best time at Le Windsor! The staff were so lovely and helpful, the breakfast was *chef’s kiss* and it’s in a stunning part of town. Highly recommend it and we’e love to go back.

Lovely, cute hotel right in the center of Biarritz & next to the beach… can’t beat the location!! Rooms convenient, beds very comfortable. Breakfast is good with enough variety. Best of all, the staff (especially Sofia) was very nice & accommodating, we had a bit of an issue and she was very helpful, thank you Sofia 🌹 And Maya was so friendly and warm 🌹 Huda Alzaben

Clean room - comfortable - and fabulous location- right by the beach . There was a problem with the aircon but the hotel gave us a fan and were great about trying to make up for it with a dinner - they provided us with beach towels and !! Had a great breakfast too!

The location is great. The staff is very helpful. Room are somewhat basic for a 4 stars hotel and the rate. There is no parking on site. The Room needs more special attentions like body lotion, conditioner, and other sundries.

Hôtel ideally situated , central and close to beach. Very welcoming reception and great breakfast. We opted for the most economical accommodation and weren’t expecting any view but what was a shame was it was noisy. We were above a service entrance and were woken early by deliveries. Lot of water pipe noise from rooms above as well during the night.
