Check in was easy $15 dollar resort fee which i thought was completely reasonable they have a pool and hot tub we got a chalet bedrooms downstairs kitchen was nice balcony was nice the only issue was we wanted smores but the fire pits were closed due to a wedding we will definitely visit again

We got in late around midnight. The staff was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. Our chalet was super clean and comfortable.

This is a great place to enjoy New Year's Eve!!! The only suggestion I would make would be for them to replace the sofa and supply more barware (e.g. wine glasses!).

My family and I arrived early before check in around 1:30 and pre-registered. We were given a map and told what chalet number we were getting and I would get a text message when it was ready. We decided to walk around and explore the property while we waited. We drove around and passed by our designated chalet and made sure it had a fireplace. We were very excited and went to the grocery store and some essentials and firewood. We waited until 3:45 (check in is at 4) and never received a text message. Mean while other people arriving were getting rooms right away. I went back to the front desk and was finally given keys and was told we got a different chalet number. The chalet they gave us did not have a fireplace. We were very disappointed with that. When I asked why they changed our chalet I was told it was given to somebody else. I felt the staff discriminated against my family. They definitely give preference to certain people. I’m disappointed with the staff and hope they do better and treat everyone equally.

The cabin was cozy and comfortable, I was expecting a fireplace in the unit which we didn't have. The restaurants around, pizza and cafe, were closed and only open on the weekends. I wish there was more to do during our stay, we loved the Glice.

We love the Pines, we’ve stayed there before. Only negative I saw were some areas within the rooms that were not as clean, such as corners or beside nightstands that just need a little vacuuming or dusting otherwise, it is an older resort, but it is very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and amenities were great

Nice room cleaner then last one but took almost a hour later to check in then my account got charged 310 when it was only 140 for the extra night other then that the couch bed had some springs missing and a couple red and yellow stains on it couldn’t sleep on it but way better then last month when I went

We stayed one night only because we were in town for a family reunion, and next time, I would recommend this location to our family. The staff and people all around were super friendly and kind. The cabins were equipped with everything we needed, we bought stuff at the local market to make breakfast and coffee. We had dinner at the restaurant in the resort is also very tasteful. My family and I enjoyed every moment of it.
