“본인의 부주의로 호텔 체크인시간이후이7시50분경에도착하였으며 이후전화를10여통이상 30 분에걸쳐 하였으나 전화를 받지않아 하는수없이 부근의 다른숙소를 잡아투숙하였으며 돌아와서 연락이되지를않아서 입실을못하였으니일부라도 환불이되지않겠냐고문의한 결과 8시30분까지직원이있었으니환불이불가능하다는 통지를받음 이는사실과다르며본인은 7시50분경도착하였으머 저화를한 통화기록도갖고있음 이런아퍼트호텔에투숙하실분은 각별한주의를요합니다 ”

“Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! We loved how convenient the location was — right in the heart of the old town and just a short 5-minute walk to the ferry lines. The apartment is also close enough to the train station; the walk from the station to the apartment was very pleasant, taking only about 15 minutes downhill. “The two bedroom apartment was great for our family. The property was perfectly clean and is set in some beautiful surrounds. Would definitely stay again if in the Garda area. ”

“The whole place is a little tired but perfectly functional and the staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The main complaint is the other guests who swarmed the pool area, left rubbish everywhere and were a genuine nuisance. Not much the staff can do about that. They were mainly Dutch and Danish which surprised me. I expected better from them. ”
