"The hotel itself was in a good area and the staff on hand are always friendly. You’re taken care of quite nicely with the breakfast and other accommodations offered by the hotel. My experience with the hotel itself was ruined by my first hotel room. There was live roaches inside of my room not once but twice in a span of 24 hours. After I informed the front desk the action was quick and they moved me to a new room. The new room had no more and was cleaned throughly. However after that it ruined...

" Excellent stay at JMM Grand Suites. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever needed. The location is convenient, with Robinsons Mall nearby, making it easy to find food, shops, and daily necessities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this property."
