가격대비 우수한 호텔, 그러나 너무 큰 기대는 금물
1. 아침조식- (120,000Rp) KRW10,000 정도 - 가격대비 먹을만함 2. 체크인- 9시에 도착해서 체크인 가능한지 카운터에 문의 하니 1시간 정도 기다려 달라고 해서 10시에 체크인 함 (추가요금 없이 Early Check-in 가능함) 3. 객실 - 최근에 지은 호텔이라 객실 내부는 깨끗한편 (냉장고 TV 에어콘 모두 LG 제품임) 4. 냉장고 - 모든 호텔이 다 그렇듯이 너무 작아 외부에서 가져온것 넣어두기에 는 불편함 5. 객실내 쇼파 없음 (디럭스룸 사용자 임에도 불구하고 쇼파가 있어야 할 공간이 비어있음) 6. 외부전화시 반드시 교환원 통해야 사용가능 (직접 눌러서 사용 할 수 없게 되어있음 - 시내전화 1분에 5,500Rp- KRW500 정도) 7. 호텔내 공중전화가 없고 반드시 객실내에서 교환원 통해서 전화 해야함 8. WIFI - 로비와 객실내 와이파이가 다름 - 로비는 강한데 객실내 와이파이 약함, 간혹 사용중 끊김 중요한 인터넷사용시 반드시 로비에서 사용해야함, 로비에서 와이파이 사용하다 객실내에 들어오면 주파수가 달라 다시 객실내 와이파이 다시 접속해야 하는 불편함 9. 고객이 사용할 수 있는 PC 가 없음 (근처에 PC 방도 없음 - 호텔내 비지니스센터 자체가 없음 - 카운터 옆에 비지니스 센터라고 적혀있는 카운터는 있지만 직원이 업무용으로만 사용하여 고객이 사용할수 없음) 10. 휘트니스센터 - 헬스기구 몇개 딸랑있고 크기도 객실크기 정도여서 그나마 2~3명이 사용하면 불편할 정도 11. 수영장 - 야외수영장임 크기도 작아 두명이 동시에 수영하면 불편할 정도, 그나마 외부 수영 패케지가 있어 동네 주민들이 수영을 하러 와서 시끄럽고 히잡쓰고 옷 다 입은체로 수영하는 주민들 때문에 썬텐하고 수영장 가에서 누워 책보고 할 수준이 못됨 12. 시내 왕복 셔틀버스 운행 안함 - 시내(나고야) 나갈려면 반드시 택시기사들과 가격흥정 해야 하는 불편함이 있음, 절대 미터기 사용안함 (현지인 얘기로는 시내까지 50,000Rp 면 충분 하다는데 기사들은 반드시 80,000Rp 부름, 간혹 100,000Rp 부르기도 함 - 인내심 강하게 흥정해야 60,000Rp 까지 까지 가능함)

친절한 직원들과 특히 편리한 위치 페리터미널과 메가몰이 인근에 있어서 호텔에 묵는동안 구매하거나 먹으러 갈때 불편함이없어서 좋았지만 나고야몰 마사지받으러 갈땐 셔틀버스가 없어서 다고불편함. 절대 택시를 탈때 60루피아라고 기사들이 부르는데 절대수긍하지 마시구 깍아서 타세요~ 바가지 바가지 너무 심해요

싱가폴에서 페리로 내리자 마자 위치해서 교통 편리, 바로 앞에 대형몰이 위치하여 다양하고 저렴한 식사 경험. 호텔내에서의 마사지도 프로모션을 하여 다양한 마사지 저렴하게 이용. 리조트가 아니라 해변접근이 안 되는 단접이 있지만 가격적으로 보면 아주 매력적임.

A very clean, tidy and modern hotel with courteous, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, comfortable and well maintained. Hotel has a good selection of amenities, including swimming pool, gym and conference rooms. The location is about a 5 minute walk from the ferry port, so no taxi required on arrival. There is a shopping mall across the street, and the location is well served by local taxis and public transport. The breakfast offered is extensive, with several regional cuisines catered for. The overall food offerings are varied, good quality and generally great value for money. Recommend a room on a higher floor facing the Grand Mosque and park for an outstanding view. Overall a very comfortable, convenient and good value for money place to stay whilst visiting Batam City.

The hotel staff is excellent, friendly and helpful On the last day of our stay, it was full house for breakfast, and staff Riki went the extra mile to open an extra table for 4 of us outside of the restaurant. Indeed it was a good gesture! Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of food spread and super liking the hotel staff vibes as every morning they will entertain guest with music and dance.

Uneven standard of breakfast quality
Location is great. Room is nice and spacious. Breakfast spread can include more local fruits. The longans were not v fresh, and the almond slices were stale. Loved the goreng pisang! Generally quite uneven standard. Staff were always helpful and polite.

The room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and polite. But below area could be improved further: - toilet door cannot be closed smoothly - water seem to be dripping from top sink in the toilet to the left - curtain seem to be spoilt and reported. - it should allow guest to charge the ice bucket to the room even though there is no deposit.

Excellent, friendly and efficient service staff. Breakfast not much variety especially for western breakfast items. Rooms need upgrading as quite rundown.Towels do not look clean. Dinning furniture old and need replacement.

Don't let first impressions put you off. The styling of the hotel is not to my taste but the amazing service, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and incredible breakfast won me over very rapidly. Would definitely return.

Check in: The room is not ready to check in at 2pm. Dragged till 2.40pm after kicking a fuss and provided us with another room Room condition: Good except for 2 minor issue. Ants found on the table near dustbin and the dustin in toilet screeching sound when use. 14/11: while still on bed snoozing at 7+ am, loud hammering on the wall at either other room or corridor can be heard. Other wise, it was perfectly good. Services were good. Staffs were friendly.

They decorated the room for my mum n daughter birthday! With cake n song at bfast table. Buffet bfast was a feast! Love the lontong n nasi in banana leave with tauco. Chicken porridge n gado2 was good too. All dessers delicious. Fresh fruits. Varieties of drinks.. kopi n trh tarik.. teh jahir, teh, coffee, jamu.. juuces, etc. i hv always chosen harris.. convenient location n comfy stay.

Well the air-condition blower noise was disturbing sleep at night. The toilet facilities was not well maintained. The shower head was bad and the door hanger came off when I hang a tower on it??
