Old and run down property. Room was small and stuffy. I had trouble breathing due to the dusty musty smell. Manager kindly gave us a larger room, however still old and rundown. Linen on bed smelt and caused a rash on my arms. Great location for such a dismal property.

Inspect Room before paying!

I booked at last minute and arrived at 6.30 pm so finding another room would have been difficult I stay at alot of motels and being modern is not a big thing but cleanliness is. Mould on every wall and door in bathroom. Curtains stained fron where guests touch to open and close, ceiling water damaged. Dust was hanging off brick walls. It was just a standard room but I thought that didn't mean in regards to how clean it was. On a positive note, staff were friendly,bed was comfortable & sheets were clean -unlike anything else.

Mould in the bathroom. Curtains were hanging off and falling to pieces. Not blockout. Lights and noise kept me awake most of the night. It was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Very disappointed because it was our last night of holidays. A bad way to finish.

Perfect spot motel

I travel a lot and have stayed at different motels in Batemans bay , I enjoyed my stay at the beach drive motel as the weather was perfect and the bay is a perfect place for a relaxing walk. Also only 5 minute walk into town for a meal or there is a nice Thai restaurant next door. I would stay here again no problem.

A very pleasant stroll from Batemans Bay town centre, the Beach Drive Motel provided all we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed in one of their Deluxe Double rooms and found it surprisingly spacious. Although we didn't self cater, there was a good sized refrigerator and microwave in the room, although only tea/coffee utensils were provided and there was very limited washing up capacity. The motel is located in a peaceful area, and provided us with a very budget friendly break.
