Lovely, attentive staff who made me feel welcome. Unfortunately, the shower was positioned under the eaves of the roof, meaning anyone over 5ft 5in had to bend down to use it. There was also a power cut from 7am until 8:50am, and I was disappointed that no apology or acknowledgement was offered the following morning. A simple apology would have been a nice gesture.

Nice and lovely place.

Great cozy place, the pub below is quite packed and there is a buzz if you are directly above, but the pub below closes early and no issue for sleeping. Food in the pub is great too Great place to be based for Bath trips and the surrounding area.

Good food and accommodation

Been to the Woolpack many times, superior rooms are good with a sofa and armchairs, good choice of breakfast items, generally well cooked, the same with evening meals. Rooms are clean and supplied with a kettle and sachets for tea and coffee making.

I have stayed at this Inn previously but the room they allocated this time was poor, shower controls hanging off the wall bathroom radiator didn't work just looked tired. Ate dinner in the Inn and it was very good staff were friendly and helpful

Nice place to stay for a few days. If you have one of the attic rooms the bathroom is very small, but the bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean. The staff are very good and will look after you well. The food on offer in the restaurant is excellent.
