"Can not even say enough , this place was AMAZING . Clean , amazing staff , great pool , great attached cafe , I don’t have time to keep typing but this was 5 stars, onsite laundry rooms cleaned daily , waters provided daily , if you need place book this one , the only problem I could see is it is all the way south so for someone trying to do Patong , bangla road daily this maybe out of the way. 34 minute grab ride to Patong average cost by bike was about 200 baht one way ."

"Everything was great especially the employees. Exceptional service and main reason to tip them well. Only exceptions were 2 minor things. First, there was phone in the room to call reception desk. Second, the reception area is closed and not open 24 hours. I am not sure if it was because it was during low season. I had a toilet tank overflowing and reception area was closed at 6:00am. However, once the staff came, the issue was resolved immediately. I high recommend the hotel and look forward to come back to peace and tranquility."

"From the beginning of my trip to the end I enjoyed staying at this Bungalow! All the staff and the owners are extremely kind and hardworking. The place is clean, well maintained and is surrounded by such a beautiful nature 😍 I recommend Naiya beach bungalows to everyone who's looking to stay at Phuket. Its close to one of the most beautiful beaches (Yanui Beach) it has a walkable distance to some cafes, restaurants and shops, but its also easily accessible by transport. I can say for a fact that I'll be coming back to this place in the future "

"Book it. You won’t be disappointed. 7-11 is minutes away by foot. Food and massages and laundry the same. Nai Harn is walkable. Resort is peaceful and the dip pool is awesome. Restaurant is amazing and meal sizes are large. Employees are friendly, helpful and have good English. "
