“Breakfast was goid, had a variety of different things to eat and drink. We booked there because they had an inside pool, but it was not open due to maintenance and we were not informed it was closer.”

“The TV did not work and when I called down to ask about it, they told me to see if I could play with the wires in the back to get it to work. I eventually got it to work but not something you want to deal with when you’re really tired. I just wanna pop down in the bed and veg out for a few minutes… and then the lights were not intuitive and you had to play hide and seek to try to figure out how to put the lights on”

“Booket two rooms with two queen beds, and they overbooked and gave one of my rooms away, and had to settle for a king with a sofa bed. Customer service offered breakfast, but we were specifically going to leave the next morning for breakfast. As a whole, there was no real work to make things right.”

“Check in went quickly and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with several options available. We used the pool and hot tub and the kids enjoyed both. It was a really good value for the price and I would stay there again if in the Springfield area. ”

“Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart...

“I felt like I was in a tropical paradise, with all the beautiful murals and lush plants! The oasis and pool area was so pretty, all the plants and water fountains. Excellent place to start our day with the delicious breakfast provided. Our room was great, quiet, and a comfortable mattress! The shower, oh my, your choice, waterfall, rain shower or front on shower, very nice. The grounds are well cared for as is the property itself. A very nice place to stay!
