“The owners have obviously poured a lot of time, effort and love into the property. Breakfast was superb, with everything from egg bites to prosciutto and yogurt, and many things gluten-free. Bathroom was excellent and heated floor much appreciated. One suggestion: Those with tricky backs and knees will not love Room 10, advertised as “Sunny Queen/Twin Bunk Bed.” The queen frame is on the floor, like an old-style futon, and we seniors struggled a bit to get up off it in the middle of the night,...

“We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, knowing full well its just a nice big room, with king-size bed. Loved the charm and history of this building, that was once owned by the Yatch club we overlook as well as ocean tide ciing in and out! Bonus! The huge outdoor patio, had furniture, made from lobster traps was really unique! The eclecticly furnished, clean room, with fridge was very cool. Not cookie cutter, like bigger hotels Shared kitchen downstairs, for glasses or cooking. Only improvement...

Large lot to park in. The only con is there is no level parking for motorcycles. Something they could improve on another otherwise amazing place.”
