“Here's a convenient hotel quite close to MacDill AFB and the rest of south Tampa; they readily accommodated my request to have a unit on a higher floor. Pricing is certainly reasonable.”

“The location was perfect!”

“최고의 숙소입니다. 퇴실하고 크루즈를 타기위해서 짐 보관이 필요했는데, 우리의 짐을 보관해주었습니다.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Huge variety and selection of breakfast included in the buffet, with gluten free options and other dietary requirements on offer. Rooms were clean and well maintained, stocked with all the amenities you need. Super convenient location close to Tampa International Airport. H Bar food was great! Really enjoyed our whole experience - would 10/10 stay again in the future.”

“Great staff”

“This is an older property that has been renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Hot and humid weather is typical in Tampa. The AC did not disappoint. It kept the room very cool. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The parking fee was reasonable, but the lot is small. Extra parking is in a parking deck next to the surface lot. Great location for attending events at the stadiums. The full restaurant and bar is a nice perk. We felt safe and had a good stay.”

“Nice”

“Beautiful property!”

“The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”

“I LOVED the concierge driver that would take you anywhere within 10 miles. That was wonderful!”

“Friendly staff, good breakfast, and clean room.”

“Our first room smelled musty, and Abigail happily upgraded us to a beautiful suite that didn’t smell musty at all. We only stayed for the one night (following the Lightning’s home opener win), but if we could have, we would’ve stayed for a week. The in-house Café Quiquiriqui offers free Buddy Brew coffee for hotel guests in the morning and made us a delicious (and reasonably priced), made-to-order breakfast sandwich with real eggs. Hotel Haya is a true gem and a great value. Highly recommend.”
