"This hotel was horrible, I flew in from Michigan to ne told that they were going to be moving a crane from the Harbour between 7am-1:00pm the week were there. Turns out that was a lie they were doing construction and according to the workers on the dock that was always the plan. The front desk staff everytime I complained said they don't know. That was just the beginning after being told there was going to be no refund. The room was nothing like the pictures. The dresser was falling apart and missing a drawer. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to explode, the bed was hard as a rock, our room was nevered cleaned, the manager was always unavailable. My Harbour view that I paid extra for was of the crane. I have pictures and video of everything. The breafast was barely cooked and not right. On the 2nd day they closed the hot tub and had no answers about that and the pool was never cleaned with bugs floating in it. I walked out the back door to find some gentlemen getting a hand job by a woman. I have never been more angry and as a person who worked a hotel front desk before the treatment i received was unacceptable "

"It's an old hotel and an okish location. I had to stay there cause I had no choice. Not sure why the ranking on Expedia is so high. This shouldn't have a 8.8 ranking. It's closer to 5"

"The hotel itself was great, but unfortunately the billing experience was not. We were charged multiple unexpected fees, including a per day for parking and a per day resort fee. While at the resort, the staff admitted to my face that charging me the Expedia amount directly said it was an accident and said it would be credited back. However, after I left, the story changed and I was told it was actually a “deposit.” As of writing this review, the money still has not been returned. For a two-night stay, I ended up with an additional $625 in charges pending/posted beyond what was expected. The property itself was nice, but the lack of transparency and inconsistent explanations regarding the charges really took away from the experience."

"The property was very nice, clean and it smelled clean (smells are a pet peeve). Only issue was that they say they will clean on the 3rd day, they didn’t. There was a misunderstanding (I believe). "

"Room had food and womens hair scrunchies on the floor. Needed a better cleaning and vacuuming. Limited view was air conditioning units!"

"Pros - The property was cleaned and the staff were accommodating and pleasant. I had two terraces with beautiful views. The pool was nicely maintained and plenty of seating. Cons - Couch was a bit old and sank when you sat. The outdoor hot tub is outdated and not working properly in terms of jets and water temp. The pool drinks are very overpriced for size and quality and so is the self park fees of $37 per day. Overall, I would return because the pros outweigh the cons but would love to see some reasonable changes"

"The resort is wonderful. Very clean and room was well kept. The pool area is very nice and clean. My only complaint was about the young lady who programmed my key card for only one night after already staying there 4 days. She didn’t say anything this twice and on Sunday after every one left for the day , I was afraid to go out that once again I would be locked out. Shout out to Noreen from housekeeping who kept checking on me. I will be back in June."
