"The rooms are good. Kitchen are well stocked. We were a group of 4 family's . I had called 3 days before to have our rooms on the same floor since it was our 50th anniversary. The girl indicated it shouldn't be a problem but no quarantee , she would put it on our reservations. When we arrived nothing was there. Very frustrated. We were all on seperate floors. I spoke to the manager as the front desk couldn't do anything. The manager said he would arrange it for the next day. It was noon and no one had contacted us so had to speak to another manager who made it happen. Room cleaning is upon request only through housekeeping by texting. I did it on the 2nd day and no one showed up. At 530 that night I messaged again and they said they had come but I sent pictures of my room and bathroom showing nothing had been done. Apparently they went to my daughter's room instead of mine, even though I had indicated my room number. Someone came at 9pm to bring me towels and take the garbage out but never came back to get the dirty towels as he had indicated he would. There is a maximum of 60 people for the pool, which was inconvenient as a very hot three days while we were there. Not much for kids under 5, but good for kids 5 to 13. The Plunge was a disappointment as not what we thought. Only 2 slides, both small. Nothing for older kids."

"Our stay at the Trillium House was amazing! We brought our dog and they fully supported that. The hotel was clean, room were spacious and just a short walk to all the activities. Overall a great stay, would absolutely recommend!"

"Plusieurs avantages et un seul inconvénient. L’emplacement, la propreté, la communication avec l’hôte, l proximité de village, tout est excellent! Le seul inconvénient est que le climatiseur de deuxième étage ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons demandé de le réparer, mais on nous envoyer un ventilateur qui ne fait pas le travail. il faisait très chaux ce qui nous empêchait de dormir pendant deux nuit. Autre que ça, notre séjour était formidable."

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was excellent, making it easy to get to the pool and the village for attractions, restaurants, and shops. The communication to Expedia host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again.
