"Sweet hotel with beautiful views of the mountain and an amazing spa/ pool that we used every night."

"The building is old, but is extremely well kept and clean. The view from our room was AMAZING! The staff was wonderful, and Margarit was extremely accommodating. It was a short walk to downtown as well as to the train station to move around the Junfrau region easily. Dining at the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise with very good food and wine after hiking all day. Note though that there is a short but significant uphill walk from the train station or down town to the hotel."

"ParkHotel Schoenegg is in just the right place. Near to the train station, next to Grindelwald First and right around many dinning choices. The staff are all great and very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The breakfast is great and their dinner is also delicious."

"We specifically booked this hotel as the property advertised Laundry (that the guests can use). We were greatly disappointed as the was the one stop that we paid slightly more than our budget and went slightly out of way just for the laundry. It was also the only night we had booked for laundry during our whole trip and we could only bring a backpack. The hotel was also a little weird in that the hall lights on the different floors went off overnight. We had to get up early to catch a train and went out our door and everything was dark. We had to use our phone flashlights. Overall, it was okay."

Restaurants on property serve delicious meals, friendly staff and the views..oh the views of the mountains while enjoying my coffee and tasty breakfast buffet are memories that will always bring a smile to my face!! "This was without a doubt our favorite stay in Switzerland. Sunstar Hotel in Grindelwald is simply amazing—the views, the atmosphere, the service, and the location are all outstanding. The staff made us feel so welcome, and the hotel itself has a warm, inviting charm. But what truly took our breath away was the view from our room. Waking up to those stunning mountains felt like waking up in heaven—an experience that fills you with gratitude. We will always remember our stay here and cannot wait to return.
