"skip the breakfast if you must. its the worst hotel breakfast i ever had & limited variety. hotel room just renovated so its modern besides that the hotel is quite dated like stepping back to the 90s. location is not too bad since you are 5 mins walk away from the shopping strip. my first time in beijing but i doubt i will stay near wangfujing again, shopping there is not that fantastic after all the hype i read. the hotel is not the cheapest too."

"Use Apple Maps or AMaps! NOT Google! The food and staff make up for the horrible directions to find the place. I walked over two different “blocks” at 0100 only to find I was on the wrong side of the hu tong. So first step is find Fangjia Hu Tong. Even if you end up walking the whole street you will find the hotel. I used landmarks after DiDi ride. 7-11 on one side the Fangjia Hu Tong and the Entrance line to Lama Temple on the opposite end of the Hu Tong. The staff and food were excellent. They always had a place for me in the small eat area. The food was never the same. The staff use translate apps to communicate any type of tour advice and suggestions. Everyone was so helpful. I never had a problem after finding the location. It’s great place Google Maps just needs to do better. "

"Spacious room, check in is fast however we booked room for 3 with club access but was told that the breakfast and lounge access is only for 2 and we have to pay additional one pax. Feedback to Hotels.com but the reply wasn’t helpful at all. Convenient location, 5 mins to Wang Fu Jing and subway station. There’s a interesting local market that’s about 10 mins walk away where you can get local food."

"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly, ensuring that our needs were met. The room itself was spacious enough for my family of 4."

"The hotel was great, staff were very helpful, location was perfect for exploring, off the main road so was quiet but very close to subway and city centre. Laundry room proved useful for us although it can be exceptionally busy. Our child's breakfast was not bookable via expedia so assumed it was already - apparently it wasn't. I think this was expedia at fault for not providing the option but could have been staff training. We were able to get early check in at 0600 which was very much appreciated. Overall very good experience."
