가격 저렴하고 백화점을 끼고 있어서 위치도 좋습니다. 다만 샤워시설이 노후되서 녹슨거를 제외하고는 방도 깔끔하고 넓직하고 좋습니다.

출장 차 갔는데 우선 호텔 방이 무척이나 넓고(22층배정) 쾌적한 편이었으나, 호텔이 오래된건지 화장실 샤워부스가 조금 낡았습니다. 바로 옆에 신세계백화점이 있어 식사도 편했고요, 왕징에서 어딜 이동해도 괜찮았습니다.

部屋の広さやグレード、清潔感、静かさなど充分満足いくものだった。難点はさざいなものを含めて少しだけ。・4星ホテルだか、スタッフはフロントも含めて英語は話せない。これが一番困った。チェックイン、チェックアウトでは漢字を使った筆談が必要かも。・部屋の金庫の電池が切れていた。(日々の部屋の確認ではそこは確認対象に入っていない。ただし、これは大きな問題ではなかった。) ・ホテル内にレストラン1軒があるが夜は営業していない。(ただし近隣にレストランが複数あるので、これも大きな問題ではなかった。)

the worst stay ever

샤워 헤드에 붙어 있던 날카로운 금속날이 떨어져 나와 있어서 샤워 중 얼굴을 긁혀서 다쳤음. 밤 12시쯤에 호텔 데스크에 내려가 얘기했고 호텔 직원 두 명과 함께 택시를 타고 병원에 갔음. 병원은 호텔에서 택시를 타고 20분이나 걸리는 거리에 있었음. 병원에서 접수 후 한참 기다렸고 진료가 끝났을 때는 새벽 3시 30분쯤이었고 호텔에 다시 도착한 시각이 새벽 4시쯤이었음. 아파서 잠을 한숨도 못잤음. 호텔에 방 교체와 숙박비 환불, 귀국 후 본국에서의 치료비를 요구했으나, 호텔은 방을 교체해주지 않았음. 안전하지 않은 시설이 있는 방에서 그대로 지내야 했음. 귀국 후 병원을 다니면서 치료해야 할 비용을 주는 것도 거부했음. 중국 법원에 가서 소송을 하라고 말했음. 호텔 총책임자와 얘기하고 싶다고 했으나, 총책임자는 아래 직원에게만 맡긴 채 끝까지 나타나지 않았음. 숙박비는 환불 받음. 지금까지 이용한 호텔 중 최악이었음.

Not recommend

I choose for non smoking room, but when i first open the room, the room smell so bad like i m in a club with all people smoking around. I was so tired and didnt asked to change room, just put on essential oil to my pillow and sleep. The smoke eventually last for a day. The bathroom flood everytime after bathe.

Great place

Huge room and great location! There are Hualian and Xinshijie mall nearby and many restaurant is acessible! I usually stay in this hotel for business trip for these reasons.

모든게 적당한 방

위치상으로 매우 편하고 방도 적당합니다. 다만 리노베이션 한 방이 있고 아닌 방이 있어서 약간 복불복으로 방 배정을 받아서 만족도가 조금씩 다릅니다 조식은 그냥 그래요,, ^^

Absolutely nono

Hotel was under construction!!! No lobby for call a taxi, whole days noisy, breakfast pickup from floor, old rotten interior, cigarette smell through air vents, stains on toilet etc.

어찌 4성급정도의 호텔 직원들이 영어가 안되는지...ㅜㅜ

호텔 직원 영어 못해 답답했구요.. 황당한건 조식이 1명만 된다하는거... 그럼 싸이트에 1명만이라고 표시를 해줘야 하는데.. 그게 안되있어 영어안되는 직원이랑 말도안되게 실랑이를 벌여야 했고... 호텔방은 어찌나 더럽던지.. 분명히 금연룸인데 담배냄새 무지나고.. 먼지 가득.. 정말 4성급이 맞나 했습니다.. 청결과 의사소통의 문제... 호텔에서 당장 개선해야 할듯.. 위치만 좋아요.. 지하철 역 부근이고 바로옆에 신세계백화점이 있어 그것만 좋았다는...

전철역이 가까워 좋아요. 다만 청소를 깨끗이 안하는지 방에 먼지가 많아서 특별히 요청하여 청소를 시키고 나니 먼지도 줄고, 옷에 먼지가 적어졌어요.

Hotel ok...

Der Hotelaufenthalt war etwas zwiespältig. Einerseits ist das Hotel recht schick, andererseits könnten die Zimmer auch sauberer sein. Vermutlich liegt es auch am Smog in Peking, dass die eine oder andere Staubschicht zu viel im Zimmer ist... Die Zimmergröße war aber in Ordnung.

갑작스럽게 출장 중에 하루 연장 하게 되었을때, 연장 하게 되었는데... 큰 불편함 없이 연장 할 수 있었습니다. 조식을 현금으로 결제 했을때 영수증을 받을 수 없다는게 조금 아쉬운점? 전반적으로 만족합니다.
