Please don’t let the photo fool you.is totally nothing like that. 1st of all the room is very dirty the floor is sandy the room is very smelly. The front desk staff is not helpful at all. The toilet and the bathroom is chocked, totally horrible

Eine Katastrophe

Die Bilder täuschen über den Zustand des Hotels hinweg. Gebucht war mit Frühstück, leider konnte man die Dame am Empfang nicht von der Buchung überzeugen. Also Frühstück bezahlt und nicht bekommen. Die Matratze hätte man ohne Komfortverluste gegen eine Spannplatte austauschen können.Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster, entsprechend muffig war es. W-LAN funktionierte nicht. Für ein Hotel direkt am Flughafen, sollte am eigentlich eine zweisprachige Beschreibung erwarten. Sämtliche Hinweise in dem Zimmer waren auf chinesisch. Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Please do not stay in this place. I didn’t Listen to the reviews but they are true. The staff doesn’t speak English and will hang up on you if you call them for anything because they can’t help you. I had a horrible experience in this place. They checked me in without me being there and when I got there, they have sold my room to another person!! I was very tired and upset at 3am without a room. Hotels.com tried calling them to asked them what was going on and all they told the rep was “sorry don’t speak English”!!! After a while, some people left and in 5 min they supposedly cleaned the room and gave it to us! We didn’t want to touch anything and slept with our clothes on. The bed was harder than the floor and the room was super cold!!

Old and unclean. Water was leaking in our bathroom.. lukcily we just stayed there since it was close to airport for one night. Other rooms had ramen and soda, we just had water. Staff could not tell us why.

The hands down FILTHIEST hotel I have ever seen! If it weren’t 11 PM upon check in, I would have left without hesitation. The bathroom was filthy, no toilet paper provided, VERY rude staff, the floors were coated in years worth of dust and dirt, window broken, bed was as hard as a rock, no legitimate pillows...the list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE !

All I wanted was a decent 8-hr sleep between flights, but it turned out to be too much to ask. The room was right next to some sort of airplane cleaning/maintenance lot, where you could constantly hear all sorts of sounds you usually expect to hear from a mechanics shop. This seemed to go on 24/7. On top of that, I booked non-smoking room, but was nevertheless given a smoking room. I seriously doubt if they have a non-smoking room because the entire hotel smelt smoke, with people including hotel staffs (yes, staffs) were smoking in the lobby. The bed sheet was clean, but the rest of the room was too filthy to even touch. Only thing positive about this hotel was its shuttle to and from the terminal. I should have stayed at the airport, saving all the trouble going through the customs and security checkpoints.
