Absolutely outstanding service – truly unforgettable stay Our stay at Nostalgia Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond in ways we’ve never experienced before. We were upgraded on arrival, which immediately set the tone for the stay. Every evening, the staff offered complimentary snacks, and on the morning of our departure at 6am, they even offered us breakfast. We declined due to the early hour, but they insisted on giving us something to take away — a thoughtful goody bag with bread, yoghurt, sausage and milk. Such a kind gesture. One of the biggest highlights was the free laundry service. Washing and drying were completed by the staff every single day at no cost, which was an absolute lifesaver while travelling. No request was ever too much — anything we asked for was handled with genuine care and enthusiasm. On departure morning, I simply went to ask where the taxi pick-up point was, as the hotel is located in a narrow alley where taxis can’t reach. Instead of just pointing us in the right direction, a staff member put her jacket on and personally walked us to the taxi — around a three-minute walk away — at 6am. That level of service is truly unbelievable. We were also helped step-by-step with ordering food delivery, which can be quite restricted and confusing for tourists. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I cannot recommend Nostalgia Hotel highly enough. Never experienced such service before.

The hotel entrance was quite hard to find as it is hidden between some small alleys but once you get there the staff was incredibly helpful and they even use a translator tool to try their best to help you. Love that they provide daily room services and also laundry. You can call them at the lobby and they will pick up your laundry. Once it’s done they also leave them back at your door. The hotel room doesn’t have a fridge and they also don’t have an elevator. Will need to climb stairs to get to your room. The location of the hotel was okay. It’s like a 15 min walk to the nearest train station but it is really close to Qianmen street and lots of shops and markets to walk around.

Buen Hotel en una muy buena ubicación

El hotel es dificil de encontrar , la ubicacion wue tienen en Hotel.com no es la correcta. Tuve la suerte que entre en otro hotel a 10 minutos caminando y me vinieron a buscar para no estar dando vueltas perdido . Los chicos de recepcion 10 puntos , si bien ninguno habla ingles se esfuerzan para solucionar todos los asuntos que les preguntes. El WIFI MALISIMO nunca me pude conectar , pero no.se si es culpa del hotel o alguna disposicion del gobierno que te complica un poco con las conexiones .
