"Breakfast time was so busy with too many people and staff are also wiping out the table so fast that I lose my table many times. :("

"Rooms were a good size, but the rooms we had smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking. The staff weren't super helpful or approachable. The buffet breakfast was fairly cheap and great that kids ate free since we had 3 kids and 3 rooms. Great location, walking distance to most main attractions."

My stay was long, surprisingly the breakfast buffet was fresh with different options from oriental and western cuisine. As a solo female traveller I felt that the hotel was very secure as it had: Keycards and lift access were locked to your hotel room’s floor Police available on site near lift near concierge Cons 🚫: I want a daily turn down service but I was woken up with knocking, phone ringing, or my room was entered while I was in there by housekeeping despite having my DND turned on. While this was difficult, I still would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family coming to Beijing 💯🇨🇳💕 (PS: anyone coming to China — buy your E-sim through ALIPAY 82 CNY for 10 days unlimited data)"

"skip the breakfast if you must. its the worst hotel breakfast i ever had & limited variety. hotel room just renovated so its modern besides that the hotel is quite dated like stepping back to the 90s. location is not too bad since you are 5 mins walk away from the shopping strip. my first time in beijing but i doubt i will stay near wangfujing again, shopping there is not that fantastic after all the hype i read. the hotel is not the cheapest too."
