“The hotel was very clean, however, the staff, not so much. The first night we had reported that our Netflix was not working and the gentleman said he would have it sorted. The next day I saw a lady with a radio, not sure if she was maintenance but I reported it to her as well. The third night I reported it to someone else who was working the night shift and she stated that no report was made and offered a few solutions and I really appreciated that.
