โCheck-in was a little confusing. I entered the building with no problems but then had no idea what to do next. I didn't have an apartment number. I had to chat in the lobby on WhatsApp and also provide a photo of my passport, before getting the apartment number and key-safe code. It was not smooth but they did do all they could to help me.โ
โI loved this hotel. Alex, the manager, was warm and friendly and assisted me many times. The location was perfect, quiet and many shops and restaurants around.
The bed was confortable, lots of great pillows, strong wifi and great shower pressure. I had a balcony in my room and it was wonderful to see the view of the mountains.
Very convenient to have a restaurant on the top floor with a stunning view of the city and tasty food. โ
โExcellent location near restaurants and bars but no noise is listened, 20 mts from train station, the place is very clean, very friendly staff. For sure I will stay in Casa Origo in the future.โ
