Wonderful property in a great location. Highly recommend this property for location, cleanliness and a very modern apartment. You are only minutes away from the centre of Belgrade and all it has to offer. Highly recommend this stay here and has parking inclusive which is a massive benefit for those driving.

Wir haben diese „exklusive“ Wohnung im Stadtzentrum für 8 Nächte (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) gebucht. Da wir den Eindruck hatten, dass mehrere solcher Wohnungen professionell betrieben werden, haben wir uns bewusst gegen ein Hotel entschieden. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und definitiv der größte Vorteil der Unterkunft. Leider entsprach die Wohnung nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Reinigung war nur oberflächlich, Stuhlauflagen fleckig und das Sofa staubig und dunkel, sodass Sauberkeit schwer zu beurteilen war. Für drei Personen standen zunächst nur vier Handtücher bereit. Nach Rückmeldung wurden weitere gebracht – dafür danke ich. In der Küche war Geschirr vorhanden, aber Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs und Waschmittel fehlten. Tischdecke, Küchentücher oder Küchenpapier waren ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Die Batterien in der Fernbedienung waren ausgelaufen. Alle Dinge mussten wir direkt am ersten Tag selbst besorgen. Zum Glück befindet sich ein Geschäft in der Nähe. Zusammenfassend war die Wohnung für uns – abgesehen von der Lage – nur bedingt geeignet. Wer bucht, sollte gut vorbereitet anreisen am besten mit dem Auto und keine hohen Erwartungen an Sauberkeit und Ausstattung haben. Für kürzere Aufenthalte oder Gäste mit geringeren Ansprüchen kann die Wohnung passend sein.

Excellent communication, beautiful location, modern nice furniture, helpful with travel from the airport. The problem was the smell coming out of the shower drain. We had to keep fan always ON. Finally, we had to close the drain by a paper sheet. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Marko was very easy to reach and communicated with us regularly if we needed something or had a question. The kitchen, fridge, and stovetop in the apartment were wonderful to have as well. Location was excellent.

Excellent apartment near city center

The check-in was really nice. The host was super nice. He told us everything about parking, nearby sights, shopping malls and everything we needed to know during our stay. Rooms are really nice and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, it even have a dish washer. The bathroom have big shower and flow water heater so you can take showers as long as you want. The location is great. You are few minutes away from big mall, city fortress, promenade, fast food shops and the bus station. All in all, our stay was pleasant thanks to the really nice host and apartment.

Das Apartment ist zentral gelegen, fusslaeufig zu vielen Sehenswuerdigkeiten. Es ist geraeumig und die Kueche ist gut ausgestattet. Dadurch, dass es im 7. Stock liegt (mit Aufzug) ist es auch leise.

Vi hade nöjet att bli de första gästerna i denna lägenhet. Helt ny med ett fantastiskt läge. Privat parkering och mycket nära till allt, shopping, restauranger, floden, cykeluthyrning, sevärdheter m.m. Här kommer vi garanterat bo nästa gång vi besöker Belgrad. A very nice apartment in Belgrade. Super central. Close to sightseeing, the river, bike rental, shopping, restaurants and bars. Private parking. Brand new apartment. we will definitely stay here the next time we go to belgrade.
