Loved it!

I lives it! Everything was clean, the room, bed, toilet and shower! They had shampoo, soap and conditioner from the rituals and free macroons on the table. I will definitely come back, and I recommend this to everyone especially couples who would like a nice, new and little fancier hotel for a really good price (€85). I have nothing negative to say

Central, affordable, luxurious

Stayed in Belgrade for five days, the hotel is centrally located so it was walking distance to most attractions. Helpful staff always helped me with my requests.

The hotel is in a very good location not far from the city centre, the staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are excellent with high quality furniture. Excellent choice at breakfast . This was our second time at the hotel and would certainly recommend excellent value.

Very beautiful hotel. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Room was almost in every aspect perfectly cleaned. Only the ventilation had some dust. That said that is pretty normal I would not count that as a negative point. Parking is also avalaible next to the hotel for 15€ per night which is an okay price considering the comfort you have with the hotel being next to it. Surrounding is also very positive because of the public transport oppurtinities and most of the major attractions being pretty close.

I complained to get a full refund The ventilation lock fell down. 30 degrees during night and day in the middle of winter. Because they turned off AC. The kid got an allergic reaction and went to hospital for a couple of days because it was so filthy carpet. Old and dusty and expensive. Terrible. They did not even want to discuss a refund. Just look at the rug in the attachment.

Exceeded our expectations for the cheap price. Great location that lies right between a lot of tourist attractions (15-30 min walk to each location) without being too much of a touristy place. Didn't try the breakfast.

Felt like coming home

I sleep +100 nights per year in hotels. Mostly from big groups, but never have I experienced the welcoming feeling as in this hotel. Felt like coming home, as they have been waiting for me to arrive at the hotel. Focus on the welcome, not on the passport. Amazing !!!

The reserved and paid room was not available when arriving. We were sent to an apartment for the first night. Very unpleasent hassle very late in the evening and moving back the next day. Awful service.

Not a 4 star experience

The lobby is nice, the rooms carpet is stained and dirty and the curtains are dirty so the room feels dirty. We changed rooms because the first we got wasn’t like the one in pictures, the second as in pictures was a little bit better but overall they were both looking dirty with stained carpets. The breakfast is a catastrophe. We were there 30 minutes before closing everything was finished( not a lot of alternatives either) and not refilled. And the bowls were dirty, no spoons, leaving the ham out so flies were gathering around. The coffee machine didn’t work, they did not have any water and next day was the same experience but now they served bread that was molded. Overall the hotel is not 4 stars and definitive not a luxury hotel . The positive was the location, we could reach the most with in walking distance

Modernes, sauberes und edel eingerichtetes Hotel! Es ist sehr gemütlich dort und die Zimmer sind echt großzügig. Abzüge gibt es leider beim Geruch aus dem Abfluss, was anscheinend in Belgrad ein bekanntes Problem ist. Durch die Donau ist der Wasserdruck so hoch, dass es den Geruch aus dem Abfluss hochdrückt. Wir hätten ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, hätten wir das nicht erst beim Auschecken bemerkt, jedoch war es zu spät. Sie schütten dann irgendwelche Chemikalien rein und nach 3-5 Tagen könnte man dann wieder rein. Nächster Punktabzug würde ich beim Frühstück geben. Fällt ein bisschen mager aus und die Qualität entspricht nicht ganz deutschen Standards, wie Würstchen oder Ei. Spiegeleier werden ca. 20 Stück gemacht und alle in einen Behälter übereinander gelegt. Dass das dann hinterher eine riesen Sauerei ist und kein Ei ganz bleibt, stört anscheinend keinen. Aber alles in allem ein top Hotel, wir sind nur von deutschen Standards verwöhnt :-)
