“Wonderful experience ”

“We loved the location of this hotel, right on the Republic Square, in the heart of the action. There was construction going on so the entrance was hard to find, signage was poor. The hotel needs to give a heads up to how to get to the hotel. We were also there during Marathon Weekend - very fun for all of the activity, the start/finish line right out our hotel window. The room was good, plenty of space, we like the safe/fridge. The young lady at the front desk was VERY helpful at check-in...

“I had a really pleasant stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. You can really tell that attention to detail is a priority here. The room was fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay — from basic essentials like a toothbrush to more thoughtful touches like a bathrobe. Nothing was missing, and it honestly felt like everything had been carefully prepared to make guests...

“The room was good, however the house keeper doesnt hoover the room. She cleans but never hoovers. I was also accused of taking 2 energy drinks from the mini bar. I dobt drink energy drinks and i never even opened the mini bar the whole duration of my stay. Otherthan that, it was an okay stay. ”

“Breakfast is great & the staff are friendly. however, even though I reserved for a non-smoking room, the room was full of cigarette smell & I couldn’t open the window because more smoke would come in. When I requested for a help, they said all the rooms are smoke-free & later a staff came in with a spray - without knocking - & sprayed. That’s all. That didn’t solve the problem. Also, they are not responsive at the hotels.com emails”
