Ontbijt 8.30 uur had de medewerker zich verslapen. We moesten 20 min later wachten.
Inchecken 13 uur was niet mogelijk. Over en weer bellen, uiteindelijk om 16 uur een kluiscode gekregen om in het bezit te kunnen zijn van de kamer sleutel.
Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.”
