“We had an issue that the safe did not function. We reported it straight away and the member of staff went and reported it to the manager. Sadly nothing was done and we had to carry valuables with us all the time which was a bit inconvenient . Other than that we found it to be clean quiet well presented and very convenient for the train. Excellent sausage and mash in the Bistro. We would not hesitate to return. Please note that they do not offer breakfast of any kind but there are several cafes...

“The staff were friendly and willing to help but the place, especially the toilet and bathroom were dirty and wet and not draining well. They should put some milk in the fridge and proper cups and spoons in the rooms”
