The Hotel in general was Good, but the bedroom cleaning wasn’t. The restroom was smelling bad. The licalization was great and the reception team was good as well. The breakfast was pretty good.

Worth it!

I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The area by the pool was well kept and it is a great place to relax while watching the beautiful mountains in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient area in the city. Breakfast was very good, but they need to replace the dishes more often. They need to keep in mind that it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Some of the days I was not able to eat scrambled eggs, because the pot was very small and the kitchen staff did not replace it. Also the cheese bread were delicious, but for a few times they almost let it burned. A suggestion for the tables: cover them with plastic table cloth so it will be easier to clean and the table cloth will not get dirty as we saw. We spent 3 weeks in the hotel. It is a nice hotel, cleaned lobby and common areas.

Realizei uma reserva pelo site da Hoteis.com solicitando, de forma clara, quarto com cama de casal, exatamente como havia feito no mês anterior, inclusive na mesma categoria de quarto, sem qualquer problema naquela ocasião. Para minha surpresa e frustração, ao realizar o check-in, o recepcionista informou que o quarto disponibilizado era com duas camas de solteiro, contrariando totalmente o que foi contratado e confirmado na reserva. O mais grave não foi apenas o erro do hotel, mas sim a postura extremamente ríspida e despreparada do recepcionista. Ao invés de buscar uma solução adequada, a única alternativa apresentada foi que saíssemos do hotel às 22h da noite, após uma viagem longa, cansativa e já com compromissos pagos na cidade. Diante da total falta de empatia, suporte e profissionalismo, eu e meu noivo fomos obrigados a permanecer com camas de solteiro, o que gerou uma experiência extremamente frustrante, desconfortável e decepcionante. Nos sentimos enganados pelo hotel, desrespeitados como clientes e completamente desamparados no momento em que mais precisávamos de suporte. Fica aqui registrada a minha indignação com a falta de organização, descumprimento da oferta e atendimento despreparado. Uma situação que jamais deveria acontecer em um estabelecimento que se propõe a hospedar pessoas com conforto e respeito.
