Needs a refresh
The hotel is old and run down. The hallway carpets are filthy and the bathroom had mold. The drain in the shower did not work. The car was parked in the garage during a rainstorm and the garage was flooded. The room key did not work every single time we left and came back.

Me hospedo com frequência em vários hotéis e infelizmente, essa experiência deixou a desejar. No quarto, não tinha coberta nem edredom, foi preciso solicitar. A reserva era de casal e disponibilizaram um edredom de solteiro. Os copos no frigobar estavam sujos com marca de batom (provavelmente de outros hóspedes). No café da manhã, os dois sucos que tentei tomar era pura água. Pão de queijo preciso ser justa que estava quentinho e saboroso. No resumo, não foi uma experiência satisfatória. Evito ao máximo esse tipo de avaliação negativa, mas, infelizmente, falharam.

O colchão deve ter uns 15 anos. As molas fazem barulho e parecem estar desensacadas.
O exaustor do banheiro estava quase quebrando de vez. Fazia um barulho enorme durante o uso.
O cobertor estava rasgado. Enfim, péssimo demais. Bem ruim mesmo. Zero manutenção
