I often stay at the San Diego, this time I could notice some changes, the hotel is being renovated, I also noticed that it is cleaner, the only thing I didn't see any change was the breakfast, it needs to improve a lot.

Not good at all! Es muy mal! dirty. The hotel room, toilet and breakfast area, it wasn’t cleaned up properly The coffee cups were full of stains and broken. The breakfast was poor The hotel does not offer parking after 7pm. The staff was rude! The hotel was outdated, and not maintained properly with lost of broken bits and stains everywhere! It’s a pretty location but not worth the stress. Really upset and disappointed It’s not a 4 starts. Maybe in the 70s. But definitely not at the present moment.

San diego Pampulha Flat

Única coisa boa é localização. A fachada do hotel é bem atraente, contudo, a distribuição dos quartos, o estacionamento praticamente inexistente, os corredores apertados e os serviços extremamente básicos, tornam o hotel um duas estrelas, no máximo. Existem quartos alugados diretamente pelo proprietário e por uma empresa chamada Wafeh que são os piores! Meia estrela é muito pra classificar esses quartos. Fujam dessa tal de Wafeh. Alugar diretamente no hotel, irá garantir um mínimo de dignidade nos quartos.

A equipe de atendentes extremamente atenciosos e educados. Quarto limpo. O hotel está passando por reformas necessárias. Os quartos estão precisando de uma renovação. O pior é o restaurante. Mesmo as atendentes tendo extrema boa vontade, a comida é muito ruim. Comi um lombo de porco que não faz jus a culinária mineira. Em outro dia, pedi um macarrão a bolonhesa. Parecia que o macarrão estava passado, a carne do bolonhesa era puro ranço. Desisti de comer. Não sei o jantar, resolvi não arriscar.

Ótimo hotel, quarto amplo, confortável e cama e chuveiro muito bons, porém o black-out nao tampa a luz do quarto e assim que amanhece vc acorda!! Seria muito bom se consertassem esse detalhe para trazer conforto aos hospedes. O cobertor tem cheiro bem forte de amaciante para uem é alérgico, mas isso é apenas um detalhe. A área da piscina é linda e muito tranquila! Só faltam guarda sois na area da piscina. O elevador acessível não funciona, e ja é a terceira vez q me hospedo lá e está parado. (seria incrivel se a piscina fosse aquecida).
