The room was just what we wanted, with two twin beds. The wi-fi worked easily, and the bathroom was very up-scale. The lounge felt welcoming, which expanded the size of our living space. We loved the breakfast, which was both professionally put together and personalized. We felt welcomed by the hosts, who gave us excellent directions and suggestions. A very pleasant stay!

Cute, cozy room with a nice view of the countryside. Easy parking lot out back. Had dinner while we were there, which was excellent. Would recommend and stay again.

The place was beautiful in a quiet part of town and Mark did an excellent work to welcome us. The breakfast was delicious and meticulously prepared for us, vegetarians and one, GF. Never slept that well after a long train ride and walking. Thank you, Mark!

Very charming small beachfront hotel with a beautiful patio on the water. Excellent, very reasonably-priced food on the menu and a fantastic included breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful, really made the stay a pleasure. I can really only hit them on one thing, we had three people, so used the fold-out couch as a second bed; it was a bit dusty and the mattress was a little thin; I could feel the metal frame member beneath it which was a bit uncomfortable. The bed and breakfast is Cowes was in a great location. It was easy to walk to town and parking for our vehicle was provided. The hosts were terrific - providing great recommendations for dinners and things to do. The breakfast was delicious and was a great start to our day. The hosts’ 2 dogs were so CUTE!

Very nice Pub and Inn in the village of Soberton. The staff was friendly and accommodating. In the restaurant the food was excellent.

Warm and welcoming couple, Carole and Andrew - he even helped with my luggage.,Loved location and their suggestions of where to dine. Room was cozy with beautiful linens . Had not visited IOW since a child over 60 years ago so loved everything - it did not disappoint . Breakfast was delightful with Bridget. Would visit again.
