Fantastic

Stayed at many hotels and apartments in the area and Las Arenas was magnificent. Nice, modern reception, comfortable bar/lounge area, excellent happy hour between 1700-1800 hrs each day, superb breakfast and unbelievable rooftop bar. Would highly recommend Las Arenas.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, it was absolutely immaculate. The staff were so friendly and helpful the restaurant food was outstanding, we booked bed and breakfast but ended up eating in the evening to, so much choice, food always hot and the presentation was as good as any 5 star hotel. The sky bar on the roof was great not only to sunbathe during the day but to sit up there in the evening watching the sunset was a delight.

Great holiday

Had a great holiday at Las Arenas hotel . Hotel was vey clean and staff were excellent and helpful. Entertainment was very good. Enjoyed everything. The only fault I had was that tea and coffee in the bedroom was not replaced daily even though there was a kettle in the room.

Property seemed little dated. Rooms did not have the best sound insulation. We could hear TVs playing from the guests next to us ans above us especially when in bathroom with sounds coming in from the vents (very weird). Overall the experience was fine, balcony was missing a handle but it was fixed immediately, check in and check out process went fine. Just expected more from a 4 star hotel but for its location and our needs it worked fine.

It has a good location , beach front, you can go easily to walk and fine food restaurant around. I didn’t like my room , was not clean when I arrived , super bad smell in the room, like if they just used the bathroom , there was room hair in the toilet, in the phone and in the bed. I ask for changing my room and they told me there was not anymore room but they had because I check in expedía and they gave me the option to book more rooms . The lady was not nice.

The location of the property is good as you can walk down the boardwalk either way for miles and find a thousand shops, bars and restaurants. The staff was also great. Breakfast was pretty good. My complaints really stem from the quality of the build, walls were so thin you can here everything we turned a noise machine on our phones full blast to drown it out. They also only put one sheet on the bed like it was prison. They clearly do this to encourage you to keep the AC down but this combined with extremely uncomfortable cheap mattresses ruined our hotel stay. If they upgraded the bed/sheet situation it could be considered a loud 3.5-4 star hotel. Right now much closer to a 2.5 star hotel until that’s fixed. Also pool and jacuzzi were not heated.
