I got a clean and quiet room, safe, convenient to dining options and walkable to a lot of places, friendly helpful staff and breakfast was great too. Had to get to the airport really early morning and Airport taxi was arranged without any issues. A few minor issues were the faucets were not working properly in the washroom sink. The kitchen sink had no water coming from it which did not bother me as much since I wasn’t in the room all day but it is something that needs attention. Overall a good place to stay.

Do you guys even have an idea of the property you list on your page, they call themselves a business hotel, but they are not even close to a roadside lodge. Call for a tea through room service at 4 PM and a standard reply, "kitchen is closed". This is the most ridiculous place I have ever stayed.

Lovely team!

Kormangala is lovely and very lively, so don’t expect a quiet neighborhood. On the downside, this can mean that you hear the party crowd at night. On the upside, this means you are in walking distance to lots of great eateries, cafes, bars... The small hotel is run very well. The room is comfortable and has everything you need and more. What makes this property shine is its front desk team. They were so welcoming and helpful, they really made a difference.

BluPetal Hotel is a wonderful, clean, professional place to stay in Koramangala, Bangalore. The staff is friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their face. Breakfast buffet is good. Hotel amenities, room and property is very clean. The one problem is that it is right next to a major club named Gilly’s where music is incredibly loud until 12:30pm at night so if you plan to sleep earlier or are a light sleeper, this may be a problem. Other than that, I had no issues at this hotel and felt very safe and comfortable.

I was very happy with my stay . The staff were very helpful and accommodating , going above and beyond to make my stay pleasurable. I arrived in the morning from a fight that landed at 6 AM followong close to 23 hours of trabel. They set me up in the lounge with wifi and came to get me as soon as a room was available - hours before the allotted checkin time. When I was leaving they sent a staffemner oit intp tje stret to find a taci drober wjo jad become lost trying to find the hotel. Tje staff provided great advice aboit where to go in the city and were extremely helpful. Breakfast was delociois - do try the masala dosa. The restaurant on the 4th floor, The Sultan Of Spice will blow you away with both the quality of food and service. The hotel offers complaomentary bottled water and is in a good location for checking oit brew pubs and trendy restaurants. I would certainly stay again. The only major thing detracting from my stay was a slightly odd odor in the corridor, but this was very minor. Over all the hotel exceded my ecpectations.

It's a great location in the center of Koramangala with lots of places to eat and drink. Hotel breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Staff is cordial although I did have some issues on billing but the manager finally resolved it. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. It's good business hotel. I prefer it because it is a walking distance from my office and lets me avoid the horrible traffic in BLR.

Das Hotel ist gut und sauber. Eine Besonderheit hat mich ueberrascht, das Hoteleigene Taxi hat sich als Uber Taxi entpuppt :-(

Good location, pity about the service

The owners of the BluPetal hotel have a good idea of how a business hotel should look, but not how it should operate. Appearances are very pleasant, but the staff—from the top down—could use a refresher course on customer focus and service. Our first morning we arrived within 20 minutes of breakfast's close. Very little was available to eat, but none of the staff seemed interested in assisting us. Later, when we tried to alert the manager to a serious mis-tally between the described contents of the mini-bar and the actual contents, he tried to make us wait while he organised someone to check for him. The food was below-par for Bangalore.

Overbooked. Moved me to Casa De Bangaloe.

I booked a room at BluPetal but was moved to Casa De Bangalore. So my feedback is on Casa De Bangalore. They told me it was an upgrade so if they are right, I'd stay away from BluPetal as well. During my stay, WiFi either didn't work or was really slow to get any work done or even get messages. So if that is important for your trip, it would be a major hassle. I was there for a business trip and being connected on emails was critical and I couldn't get any work done from the hotel. There was no water the night I checked in. I couldn't take a shower till about midnight after the long flight and even then, there was no hot water. Service staff was really nice but their answer to all complaints or calls was "but its working here!". Location is convenient and getting a taxi/auto-rickshaw in the neighborhood was not a problem.

Terrible & repulsive experience!!

The day before I was to check into hotel i received a call from BluPetal hotel informing me that i have been shifted to another hotel named DE ORIELL hotel since they were overbooked. The experience at De Oriell was an absolute nightmare...the toilet was filthy, the bed linen was used & filthy & absolutely repulsive!! i had to complain to the management & had to wait 2 hours till the entire room was cleaned & was made liveable!! The hotel WIFI didn't work the entire stay & we were so disgusted that we checked out one night earlier & would GREATLY APPRECIATE IF EXPEDIA WOULD ARRANGE ONE NIGHTS REFUND!! I believe under the agreement that hotels have with Expedia if for some reason they cannot accommodate an equally rated hotel has to be found, unfortunately whilst BluPetal was classified as 4 star the hotel the hotel we were moved to is not more that 2 star!!!
