โKD was very polite and respectful, and very attentive to our needs. He forgave us on the hair color stain on the pillowcase, it was accidentally smeared as I just got my hair dyed a couple of days ago when we checked in. The lady that took care of the room upkeep was very nice too. I think the hotel has just been renovated, and now been operated as a family owned business. I will consider staying here in this hotel again when I visit back Vallejoโ
โWhat I liked about this property the front counter person Sam is very professional and polite. I have stayed at this property a few times and Sam at the front counter has always provided excellent service and Thank you โ
โStaff goes above & behond- I usually avoid Hilton because I HAVE PROBLEMZ EVERYTIME with them overcharging me...last time I had stayed 3-4 seperate time and not only was I overcharged they did not give me a night free or my points .. & corperate was rude about it... I am weing but a customer should always be right.. especially when you can see they are spending ALOT .. anyhow.. this place needs its own name a, if yall want to talk about getting a new name & taking all thise extra proceeds to...
