Room was fine but dated. Bed is hard as a rock. Only real problem was getting and returning the keys. Spent 30 mins trying to give back keys in 3 different buildings and in the end had to leave them hanging on the door of an unattended reception

Compact and well equipped apartment, which we booked for my father. This is a large studio, with well equipped kitchen, full bathroom, large balcony and clean common areas. You are provided plenty of fresh towels, bed linen and the check in was a breeze. You do need to pay a deposit of €200 but it is quickly refunded upon check out. There is a swimming pool and tennis courts

Dat de portier van het opvangende hotel geen woord Engels spreekt, waardoor er een communicatiestoring ontstond. De douchecabine was erg klein. Voor de rest een prima studio.

Nice for a short break

For a short break this is a great place. It is in a good location for beach and bars. Pool is great for swimming and is clean, however does not open until 11:00 and not many sunbeds but that does keep it quiet. It does attract large male and female only parties who can be loud but staff make sure they behave themselves.

Zeer vies, bij aankomt waa er nog niet schoongemaakt zelf moeten doen om 1 uur snachts. Kussen zaten onder de vlekken. Er stond 1 bed en de ander moest met een matrasje op de grond liggen. Heel veel lawaai snachts

As a single man of 68 I had no intention of damaging room and could of done without 200 Euro deposit, also a tv appeared some days later that wasn't there when I arrived! In fairness it suited my purpose.

Prijs/kwaliteit is dit een degelijk appartement voor een kort verbijf. Er was zelfs vervanging van badlinnen voorzien. Wifi is wel aanwezig, maar tegen betaling te gebruiken. Winkels en supermarkten zijn heel dicht bij. In de buurt veel horecazaken, waar je tegen een spotprijs kunt eten en drinken.

Appartement is gunstig gelegen

Het appartement is behoorlijk gedateerd en niet echt geschikt voor 4 personen. Heel veel hinder van a-sociaal gedrag van Engelse gasten, slapeloze nachten. Geen toezicht, of controle zal dit zeker niet meer boeken.

This is not a hotel. Filthy corridors, they charge you for everything, sun beds, television, wifi. No one came To clean or make the beds. I was told it was a minimum 3* HOTEL when I booked on secret HOTEL. If your happy with an apartment that's ok. It had a washing machine in the tiny shower room. With an old toilet seat that was marked. My friend also had the same as me. I had to pay before I knew where we were staying, got there expecting a HOTEL. Had to go next door to a shop to collect the keys and pay 200€ deposit per apartment , which when asked how long it takes to Go back into my account, I was told a couple of days. They took out immediately when I picked up the keys. So why should I have to wait to get it back? As they had the apartment checked as soon as I handed the keys back. Ok location

Pay for what you get

The pool was advertised on the booking but was closed. The room was big and the rooms are used for English TV programme Benidorm. Although the exterior shots from the programme are filmed at the pool from the hotel behind. Cheap cheerful and good for the money although there are better value cheaper hotels with open pool bar 24 hour reception etc. These would have been beneficial to the building

Great four days

We enjoyed our trip very much accommodation was clean and comfortable ,an we were very close to beach and entertainment. When I come back to benidorm next time ii would be very happy to stay at the same apartment.

Just somewhere to get a kip.

We went on a stag do so it was ok for just getting your head down But no more than that, wouldn't recommend to couples as the only bed is a sofa with a pull out bed below, but if you're just looking to get your head down on your own then it is what is.
