Séjour catastrophique

Objet : Réclamation concernant mon séjour Bonjour, Je tiens à vous faire part de mon profond mécontentement concernant mon récent séjour dans votre établissement. Publicité trompeuse : toutes les photos de votre annonce montrent une chambre avec vue mer. À mon arrivée, j’ai eu droit à une vue… sur le parking, ce qui est très loin de ce qui était annoncé. Propreté et confort : la literie laisse fortement à désirer. J’ai même des doutes concernant la présence de punaises de lit (un rendez-vous médical est prévu). Accueil déplorable : la personne à l’accueil s’est montrée hautaine, fermée à toute discussion. Lorsque j’ai demandé la fameuse chambre avec vue mer, la seule réponse a été : « payez un supplément ». Pas vraiment commerçant, surtout dans ce contexte. En venant depuis plus de 10 ans en Bretagne, c’est la première fois que je vis une telle expérience. Je suis extrêmement déçu et considère que votre établissement pratique une publicité mensongère. Je vous demande donc un geste commercial en compensation de ce séjour raté. À défaut, je n’hésiterai pas à partager mon expérience sur les plateformes d’avis et à saisir les organismes compétents pour publicité mensongère. Dans l’attente de votre retour rapide. Cordialement,

La résidence est en face de la mer. Donc accès direct à pied à la plage. C'est top. C'était assez propre et les accesoires de base étaient bien présent dans l'appartement. On a rien eu à acheter pour manger et cuisiner. Par contre les lits n'étaient pas terrible. Globalement je n'ai pas bien dormi dans l'appartement. Mais j'y ai quand même passé un bon séjour.

Sur vos publication ont vois des photos avec vu sur mer au final vu sur un parking top et rien de la mer Avec 2 enfants et la poussette le 1 er étage avec ascenseur top Ou sa se complique accès au 2 éme étage sans ascenseur par escalier colimaçon en métal Est le top du top avec couloir interminable avec poussette valise etc Franchement un véritable piège Communication pas terrible pour faire changement de chambre Heure de permanence restreinte Sa évite les discutions Mais la suite du séjour ailleurs

Après une arrivée un peu chaotique car en dehors des heures d’ouvertures de la réception, notre séjour c’est très bien passé et le personnel que nous avons croisé s’est montré agréable et compétent.

Super coin mais logement pas à la hauteur

Bénodet est magnifique, en revanche le logement est très médiocre! le pire est la literie: dormir sur un canapé convertible à été terrible! la douche ne tient pas sur l'accroche, la baignoire est rouillé au niveau du bouchon! quasiment aucun rangement dans celle ci! la résidence est très archaïque! L'accueil est mitigé par un gars sympa et une fille qui nous prends pour des idiots!
