We enjoyed our stay a lot. the room was not big but it was perfectly accommodated for 2 people. The staff was so kind as well and I was able to reach them in anticipation to ask they help to prepare a special ocassion upon our arrival - they did and helped me amazingly with a birthday surprise! Just as a precaution the bathroom could get a little too slippery.

10 night stay on a business trip

The location is very central and all the major sites are within walking distance. The hotel rooms are very dimly lit and COMPACT with little closet space, NO fridge, the shower booth cannot be tightly closed so your floor gets flooded. I heard many customers complaining about the noise at night too. The lobby is the only spot with high speed (only decent)

Lovely hotel but restaurant downstairs turns into a club from 10-1am. Was so loud and the base made our whole room vibrate. No way you can sleep through it!

Stayed here for the Berlin Marathon. It was the perfect location for dining, touring, and getting to the race. The course goes by the hotel around mile 7. Great runner friendly breakfast and post-race reception. Basic rooms are small by US standards but met my expectations. The courtyard can be noisy in the evening past midnight if the restaurant is serving outside. Closing the windows solved the issue. I would stay there again.

Hotel is beautiful with air conditioning and nice staff. Rooms are very small if you're traveling with another person. No kettle, coffee maker, or bar fridge in the room was inconvenient for a longer stay. That said, the facilities are very well maintained and the location is great with multiple transit options. Many food/drink, and coffee options nearby.

The hotel is very nice and at a very convenient location in Berlin, from where one can easily go around. The rooms are small, but have everything one needs for a few days. Some might not like that the decor is generally in dark tones, making the rooms a bit dark, but I still found them very nice. Quality toiletries in the bathroom and comfortable beds, with a coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was also very good. The only issue is the restaurant below (which belongs to the hotel), which can be loud until midnight on weekend nights. The hotel personnel recognised the issue though when I mentioned it, which I very much appreciated.

Staff was great. They did not replenish our coffee in four days even after requiring it. Staff told us they were only allowed to replenish every three days and only 3 pods per replenishment, even with two guests.

Bit of quirky Hotel. Initially difficult to find, walked by twice before I started to look at building numbers and found it. Hotel sign is not obvious from sidewalk level. Their reception area is in the basement, dark, nice dungeon. I was expecting to see a woman in black lingerie with whips to come out any second. Lobby area is nicely furnished but all should be at street level so that the guest can fully utilize the lounge. It should be at where the restaurant is located. Best part of the hotel is that the Tram and Metro stopped right in front of the hotel. Everything about the hotel is Dark. Hallways and room are dark with Navy blue paint. Even the mirrors in the room is heavy tinted and you can barely see yourself. Room is small and one major issue, no refergilator in the room! My bed was described as being king size, no way! More like a double. Another issue, bathroom is nice but no vent. Take a shower and everything gets damped and wet, everything!
