I do not offer to stay at this hotel at all because of some reasons : 1- The heating system did not work and I warm myself with a hairdryer all night long. 2- The power outlet and some light switched next to the bed did not work. 3- There was a bad smell in the bathroom. 4- From the afternoon there was no one in reception. 5- The price for one night was included breakfast too but the hotel did not serve it.

It's ok for the cost, but the rooms were outdated, some left rubbish on the floor from previous guests, breakfast was good but o my on the first day, on the second day it was considerably less, guy in the reception was nice and friendly, lady was lacking on friendliness. There's no kettle in the room, no iron unfortunately either.

No parking space even it is promised by the hotel

ccording to Hotels.com it should be possible to park free og charge close to the hotel. This is not correct.!!. The receptionist offered us a parking vignet for street parking, that has expired 1 month ago and said, we could place the vignet in the car and that we problably would not get a fine. She couldn't help us in any other way. Moreover it is allmost impossible to get a street parking in this area.

Hotel con calidad a buen precio

El hotel esta perfecto para pasar unos dias,habitaciones amplias y limpias. El desayuno variado y la cantidad que quieras tomar. Hay que coger el bus para que te acerque y te lleve a Potsdamer...(.4 paradas). Calidad /precio .....buena. La entrada es un poco extraña,pero sin problemas. Bay bares y restaurantes, en la misma acera. Vale la pena

Очень доволен

Очень комфортный отель, находящийся в пешей доступности к Рейхстагу и Бранденбургским воротам. Русскоговорящий персонал, помогал по всем возникшим у нас вопросам. Хороший завтрак. Один недостаток шум за окном от машин и гулящих ребят и очень жарко в номере. А так в целом очень хороший отель и достаточно удобное месторасположение. Рекомендую для всех кто хочет посетить Берлин.

hotel simple sans chichi

nous avons passé 3 jours à Berlin en Juillet à l'hôtel Potsdamer Hof. La chambre était spacieuse, cependant les lits étaient assez anciens (je pense), nous sentions bien les ressorts du lit. Les oreillers ne sont pas aussi très confortables. Nous n'arrivions pas à avoir le wifi dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était simple avec du fromage et de la charcuterie, des fruits en sirop, il n'y avait presque rien de sucré à manger. Mais hôtel correct grâce au prix et à l'emplacement, qui est assez proche de la place principal.
