During the stay in three nights, I couldn’t sleep any more because of terrible noise in the room. I appealed a hotel staff but there was any option cuz of full-booked. It will be better to check your room before the stay.

Not bad.
No slippers, so deep inside room but there’s only 2 lift. No welcome drinks.(even a bottle of water.) Parking lot is 25 Euros per day.(hotel parking lot). Location is okay, close to center.(by car in 5min). When i checked out from hotel, i should wait for 10min, standing in front. The room is clean, not noisy. 10 min by walk, there is a small supermarket. But if i go Berlin next time, i would try other hotels.

Fantastic hotel, particularly if attending events at the Tempodrom. 15 minute walk to Brandenburg gate and attractions close by. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent, huge choice of food and drink including freshly made eggs. Our only complaint would be that the sauna is only open from 5pm til midnight, not during the day. Overpriced for what it is
Hotel wasn't necessarily in the best place. Close a very poignant museum about The Wall but took a long time to go wandering to other touristy places. The room was small for the price paid. In the room the hotel seemed to have followed the trend of using glass to partition the bathroom and the room; not the best choice. (Also the shower wasn't great-it didn't stay up high so you had to crouch to wash your hair and the hot water seemed to run out in the morning.) I'd recommend looking around for other hotels that are less expensive and you'll not feel overcharged as I did here.

Gewoon, netjes en voor elkaar. Tip: om de hoek van het hotel zijn gratis parkeerplaatsen waar je de auto prima kunt parkeren. Scheelt weer €24 pd. groot winkelcentrum en checkpoint Charlie zijn op goede loop afstand van het hotel. Met de Hop on Hop off bus zie je heel Berlijn. Download wel even de app, dan kun je zien waar de bus op dat moment rijdt want anders is het een verrassing wanneer hij komt. Zorg ook dat je uiterlijk 16:30 uur in de bus zit, want hij rijdt tot 17:30 uur maar wij stonden 16:50 uur bij een stopplek en we hebben geen bus meer gezien…

We stellen het ook op prijs dat u de tip over de parkeermogelijkheden heeft gedeeld. Onze gasten hebben inderdaad de keuze om gebruik te maken van de parkeerfaciliteiten bij het hotel of om te kiezen voor alternatieve opties in de nabije omgeving. Okay stay for the price
We stayed for 4 nights in December 2023, and were returning guests from 2017. The overall experience was okay, but the hotel is feeling a bit worn. For example, there was a ripped hole in our bed sheet, the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, the shower head was very limescaley, and the glass in the lift mirror was smashed. Upon arrival, we didn’t have a kettle in our room, we asked for one, and was told it would be dropped off, and it wasn't. We then asked again, and after about an hour it was dropped off. We also didn’t have milk/creamer in the room, and we asked for some and was given nespresso coffee pods instead (we didn’t even have a coffee machine in the room!). They charged us wrong at the bar one night, and came back asking for the additional money. We also didn’t find the bed very comfortable and were provided with very thin pillows. It just all felt a bit meh. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was nice. For the price, it is a good option in Berlin but I’m not sure we would stay again unfortunately.

La estancia fue muy agradable, el personal del hotel siempre se mostró dispuesto a ayudar y la habitación estaba muy limpia. Sin duda nos volveríamos a quedar en el mismo hotel si buscas estar cerca de Potsdamer Platz, ya que puede estar lejos de otros puntos de interés.

Overall nice, needs some improvement to service.
Great setting in a tastefully renovated building that was once the Siemens HQ. Delicious breakfast, comfortable room. I’d be interested to know if the toilet flushes with rainwater? It was brown and made the room smell like a stagnant pond. The supplied pillows were inadequate but others are available on request. Why a pillow is a request item I don’t know. It’d be like supplying only face towels and leaving a card to say full size towels available on request! Staff not at all welcoming on arrival BUT those on the desk at checkout were delightful.

Major disappointment
It's obvious that this hotel is no longer run by a Swiss company. It's run down and the rooms are not clean (dusty shelves in the room and hair in the bathtub upon arrival). One of the windows couldn't closed resulting in noise coming in from the street. The coffee machine was broken. Despite asking for those problems to be fixed, it didn't happen even though we stayed there fore four days - in a suite! This used to be a four star product, now Accor should down grade it to a two-star product and rename it Formula 1.

Overall it was a great stay. Most everyone was pretty nice and it was very clean. I am a woman and I was traveling by myself, and I felt very safe. I wish the room service menu was more like the restaurant menu, but other than that, it was pretty good.

The room I got was filthy. Carpet smelled terrible, carpet stains everywhere, stains on the chairs, black mold in the bathroom…. And many more. I would suggest you look for a different property. I brought the issues up to the hotel reception and their answer was that they are very aware of the condition and the images that i showed them and that there is nothing they can do about it.

I would say this is more of a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. Bathrooms in need of a renovation. Room was fine. Stains on carpet and curtains weren’t nice. The safe in Our room didn’t work and they didn’t do anything about that except offer us to keep our stuff in the communal safe located where the staff keep there things. That didn’t seem safe to us. Good location if you’re ok with taking transportation to get to the main sights. Bed was comfortable.

Comfortable and Near Attractions
Stay was lovely. Said two twins or double and was two twins which made things a bit uncomfortable, but room itself had everything we needed. It's central to a lot of the more historical attractions which is a plus if that's the aim of your trip. Loved that there was a soaking tub here. Wish the sauna was open earlier/later since our short stay meant didn't allow to take advantage. Would've liked a menu in the room, but the staff themselves were helpful! Near public transport too.

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es que las habitaciones son bastante altas y amplias, algo que se agradece, al igual que hay una estación del S-Bahn (lo que nosotros conocemos como cercanías) al lado de la estación, por lo que hace que el moverse por Berlín mucho más fácil y cómodo. Por otra parte, el personal de recepción es algo seco y no muy amable, pero aún así saben hacer bien su trabajo.

Could you imagine coming home from a brutally hot day from the city looking to relax in your 4.5 star luxury hotel and you come in and it’s hotter inside your room than outside? After numerous complaints they moved us to another room however that room despite being bigger was even hotter. Since day 1 all I heard was I’m sorry we are going to get an technician to fix it and nothing was done. Then after speaking to multiple residents I was able to find out that they’re AC was working just fine and it was actually too cold in their room. Now I really hope this wasn’t the case but it felt like a factor of racism as we are all Indian Americans. I will be speaking to the manager as well and would appreciate it if Expedia can help accommodate us for this really bad experience.
