The shower was *tiny* but other than that, I loved staying here. It was a short walk to the S-Bahn, the keyless security system was very convenient, and the bed was SO COZY.

Comfortable bed and clean shared bathrooms

Very helpful and kind service, comfortable bed and clean shared bathrooms and kitchen. The only problem I encountered was that my room was very cold. I could not locate the heater. I had breakfast at the VITA Bäckerei two blocks down. Like most small German merchants the bakery does not accept credit card payments

Wir waren in Berlin, um den Sieg des FC Bayern zu sehen und zu feiern. Dafür haben wir eine günstige Bleie gesucht. Wir haben sie gefunden. Das Zimmer war gut, das Bad war gut, die Umgebung des Zimmers war gut: viele Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten.

This pension was outstanding in its pricerange. Friendly staff, clean, three bathrooms on seven rooms and a nice kitchen to use. The room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. The pension was close to public transportations of different kinds, stores and a nice walk from the city center.

Stay elsewhere

The place is kept very clean and the location is great with easy access to the heart of Berlin. My problem was with the service. When I arrived, I asked for an extra blanket. Apparently this was something the front desk woman needed to clear with the manager because she wasn't sure where the blankets were, if there were extra and if she could give me one for free. Her manager approved and I got a blanket. The next day my light wouldn't turn off. Meaning that for two nights the overhead light in my room was on. I asked the front desk woman about the light and she said she'd look into it. She even stated that she noticed a problem with the light when she put a blanket in my room the first day. When I returned that night, the light was still on and I ended up unscrewing the bulb so I could sleep. I told the woman that the light was still on when I saw her the next morning. She said she couldn't figure out how to turn it off. She didn't offer to move me, nothing. I figured she had spoken with the manager since she needed to clear giving me a blanket with the manager first. Nope! When I checked out, the manager was there. I told her I'd been unscrewing the overhead bulb at night to sleep. She hadn't heard from the other woman. She also wasn't concerned at all. Didn't say sorry or anything. I then asked if I could leave my bag with the front desk as I had a late flight. Nope. She said check out was at 11 and they couldn't help me. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

l'hôtel est bien situé dans ce quartier agréable de prenzlauer berg. Le personnel très agréable et serviable et la chambre très propre. Seul bémol, du coté des chambres privés, le signal wifi était trop faible et ne fonctionnait pas. Aussi,certaines chambres sont au rdc et donne sur la rue, ce qui peut parfois être bruyant.

Schöne Lage, aber recht laut

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön mitten im Viertel Prenzlauer Berg mit schönen Kneipen und Cafes in der Nähe. Leider befinden sich alle Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und die, die zur Straße hin gehen, sind nachts sehr laut, da ständig Menschen, aus den Kneipen kommend, vorbeilaufen und sich lautstark unterhalten, das ist sehr unangenehm. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof hin sind nachts auch nicht so toll, da die Vorhänge nicht lichtdicht sind und das Licht im Innenhof auch das Zimmer miterhellt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön und auch positiv anzumerken ist die kleine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank und Teekocher. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Dame an der Rezeption war ziemlich verpeilt, aber naja, wir haben ja Zeit ;-)

Hotellet var utmärkt. Ligger i ett väldigt fint område och på en lugn gata. Personalen var jättetrevlig och rummet var rent och fint. De gemensamma toaletterna var väldigt fräscha. Det enda negativa skulle vara att personalen inte är på plats mer än till tidig eftermiddag.
