"친환경적이고 아이거북벽 뷰를 감상할 수 있는 전망을 제공하며, 맛있는 조식서비스를 제공하는 시설입니다. 웰컴드링크 두잔, saver day pass를 끊지 않고 Vip pass를 구매하기 위해 그린델발트 터미널 역을 이용하는 날을 위해 그 곳까지 이동할 수 있는 티켓도 제공, 아이들이 뛰어놀고 즐길 수 있는 작은 놀이시설, 로비 옆에 위치한 바는 장작도 피우고 즐길 수 있도록 제공, 다만 베개가 낮고 솜이 없다시피해 자는데 좀 불편했어요. 그 외에 모두 만족했어요. 스위스에 다시 온다면 다시 방문 할 예정입니다."

"The employee are not kind. They said I couldn't check out before 7 a.m., so I checked out the night before. And the next morning, when I left at 6:30, there was no one at the front desk, so I took water from the regri at front desk. Suddenly, an employee came out and asked why I was taking water as I wanted, and said that I had to ask for it first. There was no one around at the time so I had no choice but she treated me like a thief and ask if I was a hotel guest. The staff didn't even ask us again if we needed water as we left, and I continued my trip in a very bad mood all day. Another problem is that the hotel front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Is this the guest's responsibility? The room quality is not that good and the bathroom is too narrow. I will never visit this hotel again."
